Elana Meets Blake

You know how people say,  “once you see it you’ll know”? Well that is exactly what happened at PAWS. We walked in with the agreement of just looking. Next thing you know we are meeting a puppy in the playroom and I have already giver her the name Blake (like Blake Lively of course) in place of Romp. Not even an hour later we were walking out with a cute puppy in our arms and a Petco shopping spree in our future. We hadn’t quite thought about the work or logistics adopting a dog (let alone a puppy) entailed. Home with a new puppy and no clue of what is expected from one another we started taking her outside to play and socialize as much as possible-the amount of people stopping and coming up from across the park just to meet Blake blew us away. This is when I decided I would document the story of a Real Estate Agent, her new puppy Blake, and all the adventures in between.
